its good, but no where near worth $350. Just go to www.templatemonster.com and buy a template off them for $60-$70.

Needs alot of work to take it up to $350!

eh, i new you were new to namepros as soon as i seen the template and the price, its a good template but i think you should lower the price, try selling it for maybe $25? I sell hole sites for around $200, i dont think it is a very reasonible price.
