Guild Wars didn't have any monthly fees when I played it, which was about 6 months ago.

Selling of Guild War's accounts is AGAINST NCSofts TOS and will get your account BANNED!


So Hairyfreak, as soon as you purchase the account there is a good chance it could be banned and you will be at a loss of $20.

i wouldnt say that, i bought guild war accounts (at least 6 months ago) and it isnt banned.

However the selling of these accounts is against the Namepros.com rules.

The Namepros Marketplace is intended for advertising products and services that you yourself own...

You in no way own the account as it is the sole property of NcSoft, as it states in its User Agreement.

I really dont like NcSoft's 'agreement' Selling an account is like selling the game.
For example:
You buy a game, and then a year later you decide to sell it on ebay.

But then you buy a game that needs a cdkey/account, and you decide to sell it on ebay a year later. I dont know how they can say you cant sell the account unless you are told that at the store before you buy the game that you cant sell it again. (yes i know you need to agree to the agreement before making an account, but if you buy the game expecting to be able to sell it after you finish it, and find out BEFORE you make the account, you still cant return it to the store because they would think you used the key)


I can see selling items on the game. But an account? Pretty much there saying 'buy this game, but if you dont like it tough your money is gone'

I quit playing that game because the company feels like its not really 'big' but rather more of one of those 'text mmorpg' companies. (because i noticed alot of the things in the game were 'taken' from other games, in other words, they didnt make any unique features, all the features were the same in other games, just added together.)

Anyways as its against the terms, yes it shouldnt be posted here for sale.
