question Selling Domains.

I guess there is a trick to sell domains. I am new here.

1. Do you list domains on multiple sites for auction ?
2. Do you guys use special showcase opt on Sedo or may be go daddy to list the domains.
3. How do you guys generate traffic.
4. How do you evidently decide where and how you want to host.
5. How do you make sure your domain is marketed on social media.

I have around 22 domains which I think are good. But no luck so far.

Well, to avoid selling the domain in more than one place you should stick to listing it for auction on one platform at a time, no?

2. Do you guys use special showcase opt on Sedo or may be go daddy to list the domains.

If the domain is so great that it would warrant a featured listing for more views, it probably doesn't need the featured listing anyway.

3. How do you guys generate traffic.

It really depends on what you have and who you are trying to sell it to. Other domainers? Marketing the domain as for sale on various platforms should work. The best deals are not the result of more traffic/people viewing your domains for sale, they are the result of the right end user who wants your domain.

4. How do you evidently decide where and how you want to host.

Host what? The domains? the domain listing? Web hosting?

5. How do you make sure your domain is marketed on social media.

Marketing domains on social media is a waste of time.

You haven't had luck because while you might think your domains are good, they aren't good. The market decides if they are good and if you are listing your names at their market value on multiple platforms then you don't have good domains.
