Selling Domains on terms

I am thinking of selling some of my domains in the $500-1,000 range and wonder if anyone has tried offering terms to prospective buyers.

For example $100 to bind the deal and $50 per month until paid. I would point the DNS to the host of their choice and they would agree not to build a site that would damage me.

It certainly works with used cars

Never tried this own. If it is effective then lot of people will also do the same.

Think it might be reasonable to offer two way s of payment - term and the instant. And term payment should make price a деееду higher. IMO.

No. I too have never tried this.

I bought some names on here and paid in instalments. I offer the same payment option for any names I list for sale.
