I am selling the database and code that runs this site.

$75 for the code and database, $50 for the database only.

I have placed screen shots on the main page that details the database content. The database is 3gb, and the source code is less than 100 kb. The code is very easy to modify.

The database is current as of last month.

1. I have made the entire site Search Engine Friendly using mod-rewrite. I have tested this for a few hours and I believe I have everything covered.

2. I added the Business' County to each Business Page: http://business.avirtualplace.com/Washington/3605337996.mht

3. I think the biggest thing I added was a program I wrote to enable you to sell the leads. Below the map you will see a logo "SalesList Pro."

Once you make a query, by choosing the State and then a zip code, city or category, the code takes a count of the records that match the query.

You can set your own price for each lead. I am using $ 0.0544 per lead. The total leads are multiplied by the amount per lead.

When the buyer clicks "Purchase", the sale info is passed to whatever payment system you use, like PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.

Once the payment is made they are taken to the download page.

When Download is clicked, the data is compiled and compressed into a downloadable file. The script also saves a copy of the compiled download on the server for you.

This code gives you the basics you will need, but you will have a little work to do on your part, like securing the download page, etc.

This code and database is running on a VPS, with just 512 Mb of RAM. So if it seems slow, it is bottlenecked by the RAM. If you have a server with at least 2 Gb of RAM the performance will be very much improved.

Databases with 'res-' as a prefix is a residential database.

if we only wanted to purchase certain databases from that set, how much would it cost / how would the price be determined? i am primarily interested in business listings that are in new jersey, and perhaps recipes.
