This is an amazing site. It is currently a clan website, and makes nearly 1$ a click, which is a huge amount.

Daily it recieves only about 300 visitors a day, and has a low CTR of 1.5% and racks in huge amounts a day.

WE have been running it on adsense for 2 weeks and it has been making 3-6$ a day.

We are looking to sell it for around 24 month revenue and an extra bonus considering the huge potential to make this profit increase (increasing traffic is easy, increasing ctr is also easy.)

good luck selling the site for 24 months revune when you dont post a revune screenshoot or traffic screen shoot

max you will get is 10months rev or maybe more depending on if you have proof there is a rise in traffic or revune

Ether way you will need to post screenshoots for some one to give you an honest bid

Total Revenue

You can see how low the CTR is, how low the traffic makes, yet how much it makes. Yes it flucuates but you can't find those high click values very often. I will try to boost traffic in order to see what this can make.
