Selling a name

Hi,

I am new to this domain selling thing. I currently have a traffic domain that is getting a decent amount of uniques currently parked at sedo. I want to sell this as I no longer have any use for it.

My question is, how do I go about this.

How do I know how much to ask for?
Where do I post the sale/auction?
How do auctions work?
Can I set a price it has to reach before I will commit to a sale?
Any other tips you have?

First you should have the name appraised here in the appraisal forum. Then if you choose to sell it you can put in up for auction in the Sale forums or you could just ask for offers by PM. You can set a price in your mind that you will accept if you choose to ask for offers, auctions are really a gamble. Remember to always act professional when selling even if you get a bad offer.

I would list this at DNF before any other place, more of my names have sold there quicker and for a higher price than any other of those listed above.

I would put it up for an appraisal here. Be warned not everyone will say the same but there are a few "good" appraisers here who know what they are talking about :tu:
