I have a few names listed on Sedo that have been registered less than 60 days.
Now, according to Sedo, if names that are less then 60 days registered are sold, then the buyer has to already have or has to set up an account where the sellers has, and then the name can be pushed to the buyers account.
But, from what I've read elsewhere, if ANY changes are made to the registration before the 60 days are up
then the registrar will lock down the account.
Does this mean that even if the name is pushed to the buyer, the registration will remain in the sellers
name?

The 60 day limit is only on transfering the account to another registrar. Changes within the same registrar generally have no such restrictions.

I also saw that 60 day period.

Can you even push a name if there are only a few days of registration left.
It seems there are a lot people giving away names at the last minute - ?

You can push (transfer domain within the same registrar) to the last minute if you want to.

Been there, seen that, tried it, done it. :)

Yes, you can sell a domain that is less than 60 days, however it is possible to transfer it after 60 days have passed.
