I am currently renting out my domain. This will allow you to create a website and generate income in anyway (not illicit). You will have complete control on how you advertise the website without my intervention, meaning anything you profit is yours.

Rental cost: $150/month
Available plans
1/2 year - 900$
1 year - $1800
2 years - $3200
3 years - $5420
4 years - $7920
5 years - $10400
want to buy plan - $1200000
Plan purchase agreement:
1.) plans can be purchased accordingly: monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly.
2.) I have the right to revoke your right, if I see any illegal activities being shown
3.) there is a no refund policy.
4.) once you agree to rent this domain, you are bound to these agreements. These agreements can be changed at any given time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to keep updated.
5.) in the event of a charge back. I am will pull the domain within 24 hours of charge back.
