A nice domain. Where I think it would be good is for an informational business that told people how to sell villas. I would try marketing this domain to end users, and then you might get a nice sale on it.

Thank you accelerator for your valuable input. It was on registry reserved for months. Blocked by ICANN for registration purpose. I thought that it's general word better than geo domains which is based only on local and specific area. Should I open private conversation with you?
What do you think if it's going to develop?

Thank you for your suggestion omriko. Im not appraising myself. The general words used in villas business, such as: Buy, Sell, Book, Rent. No wonder general words was blocked by ICANN.
Just a reference, Rent(dot)villas is owned by Mac.

Yeah, I know this issue with ICANN.
I had something similar with some of my .bio domain names.
