I am selling http://pagerizank.com as it is. The domain is a 'goofy' domain for a page rank site. Currently, the site is using the pagerank prediction tool, backlink checker tool, and multi-rank checker tool; all free of use from http://iwebtool.com. No revenue details, the site has only been up for 3 days and has already gotten 100+ unique hits. I was going to develop this but some issues occurred and now I'm selling it.

The domain is registered with NameCheap and expires 9/03/2006 and NameCheap lets you transfer domains for free.
I will give you all the pages.

I am open to all offers and will consider them.

No idea on the major spike yesterday, todays stats will update tomorrow or later tonight as they take awhile to update.
