Well nothing is "entirely" reliable, which is why you need to take several factors into account when determining a range for your domain's value and determining your likelihood of selling it within that range.

Can you give us some more context to help better understand your statement?

A mix of numbers and letters usually lowers the value. Also regarding property4sales.com, the plural being sales instead of sale also lowers the value IMO.

Again, there is no reason for it to be plural. "Computer programming" is the term.
