In June 2024 I registered a newly released registry premium domain "IP•INFO". To me, "IP INFO" is a generic term and I figured someone could build a great IP Geolocation service on this very short, very ideal domain. But it's possible my brain has been warped and IP INFO is not actually generic, or maybe it's only generic because of the existing, well established company (in the vein of Kleenex and BandAid).
So my question is, do you think a hypothetical buyer could build an IP Geolocation service on the domain IP•INFO, given the existing, well established company IPinfo (ipinfo•io)? Would this domain be a potential target for UDRP as-is, or only if someone developed it into a competing service?
