Good question, perhaps I should ask Sedo what they think of this. Sedo has an MLS marketplace but direct sales do happen.

I like sedo almost all of my domains sold out at Sedo and almost all of my domains are hand-reg and purchased by the clients through sedo too ， I have some Top domains under Sedo brokeage services as well because its transparent and fair only paid domains can be reported.

I never miss out on your threads and learned a lot from your threads.

Seeing Ferienhaus.de top the list doesn’t surprise me—strong exact-match .de domains still pull real value. What stood out to me more was the consistency in mid-range sales. It shows the market's still alive for quality names under $5K. Makes me rethink my own portfolio and how I price geo+service combinations. Definitely encouraging if you're holding niche keywords.
