Sedo Question

What does everyone know about Sedo? I'm just getting into domaining, and picked up dubaimarinarealestate.com. I've herd a few people on these boards talk about Sedo, so I thought I'd wander on over there to see what other similar domains were listed for. Low and behold, they are listing the domain I just purchased: dubaimarinarealestate.com.

How can this be? I went to www.accesswhois.com to see if I was the rightful owner, and it said the domain record was not found, so I went to Godaddy (not the registrar btw) and looked it up--yep, I'm the owner. How can Sedo be listing this domain?

I looked closely for typos, and pasted the Sedo listing directly into the Godaddy search box, so I know they are identical.

Any thoughts?

Probably a previous owner, it happens a lot. Old listings that aren't removed by the previous owner, aren't automatically removed by Sedo.

Email Sedo, they'll check the owner and then remove the listing.

Yeah, just let sedo know and they will change it for you.

Happens all the time. I use Sedo too, had some issues like this in the past
Namedrive also automatically inform the admins to check about a new ownership the time you enter the domain to their panel
