Quite a few of us piled on when Eric at Sedo was mentioned recently in terms of transactions seeming to take much longer when managed by Eric vs others at Sedo. I think the explanation given that Eric tends to manage most of the transactions with newer inexperienced buyers help us understand the predicament Eric is in and moves some of the heat from him to management - get him some help!
In the meantime, having had a very annoying technical issue with Sedo over the past few days, I think it is only fair to also post that I have received fantastic support and communication from Monica Ibrahim. Thanks Monica!
When the only contact you have in a business relationship is remote over the internet, customer service makes all the difference in the world and I hope your management team appreciates you because, to us, you and your collegues are the face of Sedo.
