SEDO "Price Help and take to auction help"

If I state a price on Sedo for example, I want to sell "example.com" and I post a price of $150 (forgetting about minimum offers). If somone offers me the $150, does that mean that I am liable to sell the domain to the person for $150 or can I take that bid of "$150" to auction.

I want my domains to go to auction but at the same time I want to post an attractive price to get it there, the main question is that am I liable to sell my domain if someone offers me my quoted price.
