Sedo offer question

When someone makes an offer on your domain at sedo is the first notification email sent out done automatically or is it processed manually ?

I thought it was automatic also - I have been in contact by email with a buyer and have agreed on a price - He says he has now made the offer at sedo but I have'nt received any notification and it does'nt show anywhere in my account that I have received an offer.

I'm a bit confused - I expected the first step of the process to be immediate

I'm just a bit concerned due to sedos recent problems and their lack of communication.

I don't want to lose this sale

Looks like it is definetly done automatically Damion - The buyer fluffed up the offer somehow the first time :hehe:

I hade one worked last week and closed on friday its in my account showing offer and deal made im just waiting for the money to be sent to them I hope it goes threw. Im dealing tho with a person from the sedo staff on the deal, so I wonder if some are automated and some are personal depending on the deal.

Mine looks like it was the buyer who made a mistake - I asked him to check it again and he realised he did'nt do it right.

I have since received notification so the process has started, just waiting for sedo staff to come back from the Hols
