One of my most common SEDO complaints.
Can't set the price to less than $100 Euros/$/etc. , and can't offer less than $60 (pounds/euros/etc).

grrrrr. no one is gonna want these domains for 60$... I was hoping to have a low profit margin and repeat many times, this makes it considerably harder...

Gotta use somewhere besides SEDO, unless they see it is for sale and contact you through your whois information.

they don't want too many wholesale level sales because then it will not give a good image for their sales to end users.

The minimum asking price and offer price for domains listed with Sedo is not related to Sedo's image, but transaction costs. Unfortunately, even just considering bank fees or paypal fees to send and receive payments, it is not economically feasible to transfer domains sold for less than $60. But why not use the forums as an avenue to market your domains-

SEDO takes 10% or 50$ which ever is higher per sale. So they want a minimum of $50 for each transaction. This will include fees for excrow etc. This is why you can't offer less than $60 and the minimum listing is affected by this same priciple.

They do not take a minimum amount if your domain is parked at SEDO. So if you park a $60 domain there, they take $6, not whichever is higher.

That is correct...If you park it there. There are better places to park or do with your domain than SEDO.

Here is the data right off the site:
Listing a Domain on Sedo Free!

.com/.net/.org/.info/.biz/.us/.name/.li/
.be/.dk/.de/.at/.ch 10% of the sales price
[ minimum $50¹ ]

.co.uk/.fr/.nl 10% of the sales price
[ minimum $100 ]

other domains 10% of the sales price
[ minimum $150 ]

¹ No minimum fee if the domain is parked with Sedo; only the flat 10% rate applies.

Assuming that the final sale price is ~ $xxx it would therefore appear that for ccTLDs such as .tv .co.uk .jp it is cheaper to list for sale on Afternic who do not make different charging rates for different extensions. The minimum Afternic rate is $60 (plus 5% for cc transaction?).
