SEDO free price appraisal at 14,999?

Is there a general range for these free appraisals? I tried the one on SEDO and it gave $14,999 for LVS.casino but I listed it at $4,999 with "make offer". I set the minimum to $1,000.
Does anyone who has been doing this for awhile even bother with the free appraisals?

They're rarely meaningful.

Sedo appraisals consistently skew far too highly for ngTLDs.

It looks like they are pretty generic. I also have LVS.bet & LVS.app. Both of them were also appraised at 14,999.

LVS.casino checked with EstiBot (i think that the most reliable ) = 70$

no one who starts to domain agrees with it. but every domainer learns this sooner or later.. no exceptions.. if you domain long enough and do so properly....

its just one of those facts and truths, that is beyond my opinion or yours about it

i know for a fact @alcy that the domain name worth what interested buyer in this particular domain name is ready to pay for but nevertheless is good to know that the domain has some weight... that's all
