Sedo Escrow Service. Still unsure

Hi everyone.

So yesterday I decided to give Sedo escrow service a shot but I was surprised that their escrow service needs to be started to by sending a request?

I did that more than 18 hours ago but still nothing.

Another point is that I tried to call them more than 10 times over this month but they didn't answer one single time.

Is it really worth it?

And even if the domain was listed on Sedo before - they don't charge 15%.

The domain must be NOT listed on Sedo only at a time when escrow was ordered.

Please note: If you reach an agreement outside of our marketplace and the domain is also listed on Sedo's marketplace with active negotiations, then the same commission shall be charged as for sales on the domain marketplace. Additional fees may exist through your registrar or bank. There is an additional 3% express processing fee added for payments over $500 made using Alipay and PayPal and Credit Card.
