Their parking program sounds great. It has all what i'm asking for which are :
1. Secure domain transfers through sedo with low commission rate. (between seller and buyer)
2. Paying ads on parked pages.
3. And the most important feature , payments via wire transfers ! I couldn't find that (yet) in any other any parking program.

However , their support is REALLY slow. They responded so fast to my new account request through e-mail , but i sent another e-mail two days ago and i still didn't get a response. And about 10 hours ago i sent another request with different issues and still nothing. Now i sent a 3rd request to Mara (who is registered here at namepros) and hopefully i'll get a response this time.

For those who are using or have used sedo.com before ; how supportive is their costumer support? what's the average waiting time untill you get served?


Also , if there's any domain parking service that offer the 3 features i've mentioned ; please let me know about it.

Yes, I agree with all you have said. I have names listed with sedo and experienced slow responses. The other thing I am having trouble with there is that I paid to have a domain name (ppoco.com) placed on the feature page and I got an email the next day saying congratulations you are now on our showcase (feature) page and also stating that the name would be on the home page for a few days, I have yet to find the name on the home page or on the featured page..It must be way down there somewhere on the list..but maybe they are all running together on me and i've missed it. I sent an email about that early yesterday and haven't received a response yet. Their appraisal's seem to be pretty good, although I have gotten appraisals from allfordomains which charge more for appraisals, but they come in faster and the values listed are typically higher than sedo's for the same name and I end up confused on what the real value is or is suppose to be. ..ALLForDomains usually takes less than 24 hrs. sedo takes on average 2 1/2 to 3 days, but are lower priced and seem to be more thorough at least in wording and explanations. I did sell a name on sedo last night..so i'll stick with them.

Your domain is still in our featured showcase and will remain there for 30 days. Only 13 names show up on the first page. Yours was there originally, it is now located on the second showcase page as more domains are added. Our featured showcase is an excellent way to increase visibility for your domains and a great value as many our buyers search our showcases on a continual basis.

Regarding your point about our appraisals. Our domain appraisals are researched in detail by one of our trained brokers, thus it is often difficult to complete an accurate appraisal within 24 hours. The wait is definitely worthwhile, our brokers have valuable industry experience.

May i ask how do you brokers have valueble industry experience? were they previous domain sellers? or is there a training course that tells you how much a domain is worth Because there is always a diffrence between all the appraisals i had done, between the top appraisers.

Also what happened to the $9.99 listings you had that were premium category listings

There is a lot of in house training for our domain brokers, but industry experience is also considerable factor and is a reason why there is some variation in the appraisals.

Category Showcases can be ordered through the new Domain Management tool. Here, select the domain(s) you would like to add and then use the drop down field at the bottom of the page to select "add to category showcase"

I did find the name on the second page after I posted here..(ppoco.com) (always happens)..anyway, I also have no problem with the appraisals, I understand and appreciate the thoroughness. Mara is wonderful

Ever since my very first email to them, Mara and Dominik have been there to answer every question I have. No matter what the issue is, they are fast to reply. I have never had a problem with Sedo.com BECAUSE of Mara and Dominik. As a matter of fact, they are the main reason I have all my names there.
