ok so I recently purchased some premium names with SEDO and paid via pay pal.

these names were $xx,xxx in cost, now due to "technical difficulties" on the first 2 auctions these domains will be re auctioned to a NEW party.

SEDO has had my money for 2-3 weeks, I have "tried" to call and email them but have never been able to get a reply.

I set up a pay pal dispute and its been a few days and they are still not replying.

I don't know if this is some kind of a avoidance tactic? any one had issues with SEDO holding money?

how long do they take to re fund it.

I once bought a domain from Sedo, the deal was canceled because the seller did not respond. I recieved the refund within a week from the cancelation date.

If Sedo has been holding on to your $XX,xxx+/+ for three weeks with NO REPLY whatsoever ... my humble suggestion, at this time, would be to consider speaking with a qualified attorney IMHO. :o

Which domains were they for? :gl:

Doesn't sound good! :guilty: :imho:
Best of Luck.

Class action suits are going to be pointed at Sedo over this whole mess.

I don't want to join a class action suit.

I just want my money back,

Today I received a email from Sedo asking "why I would like my money back, they then said is their any problems, please contact them"

I don't know if SEDO employs people who can READ?? I sent them many detailed emails.

That sucks. I would post your concern on the new Sedo thread here:

and PM Keith, username Sedo. Hopefully he can help you get your money.
