Sedo account deleted without reason

Hi Guys,

My sedo account was deleted by the system without any clear reason. no email or notification whatsoever. 2 times I created a sedo account, and all of them were deleted unilaterally. I have sent emails to them and never got a reply.

Has anyone experienced something similar? and what is the solution?

Please reach out to our security team via [email protected]. It sounds like our security team are actively closing your accounts, maybe until you provide them with more information. But you would have to reach out on that email for someone to check the reason and let you know how to resolve it.

Worth checking the nature of your domains, And yes once you've had an account deleted it's unlikely you'll get away with trying to register an account again.
Was there blatant Trademark infringements in your domains ? Worth reading Sedo's own explanation of the types or wording that they won't accept. If it's just one infringing or banned wording, they'll normally just delete that one domain but, if a repeating behaviour, then your normally Out for good

That's the main problem. I don't sell any trademark domains. I just uploaded 2 domains.
