oddball, info gets the classic "has potential" appraisal from me. That is, not much more than reg-fee to a reseller (though might catch a bid around $10 less likely $15 probably not $20). But it's a PERFECT NAME for a "wierd trivia" site if you can develop it a bit, really does have some potential. (I've currently priced my own wierdo.org at $25 - not expecting a quick sale at that price but I'll kick myself if I let it go for less, so won't mind if it doesn't sell. That's the way to price your favorite pets, no matter what the "conventional wisdom" of the market demands. Unless you really need fast cash - in which case you're not likely to get a fair price in this relatively illiquid market for .info domains)
ng8,org - not great but could work as "N Gate" (cool!) rather than less compelling "negate" ... reg fee at best in current market, probably not even that. If you're prepared to pay reg fees for a few more years it's pure speculation to imagine 50/50 odds it will be worth more than that eventually. Plenty better places to put your money for long term plays, so wouldn't give a second thought about passing on this one unless it somehow "speaks" to you.
f2t,org - rhymes with patootie! ... but another tough sell in the reseller market (though IMO the central 2 is stronger than most LNL combos) ... brainstorm for a potential acronym (something like "free 2 talk" etc etc etc) and see if that helps stimulate any interest from resellers or (better) an actual end user if you can track one down for this one. (Even a gamer clan or something like that maybe.)
n8v,org is the strongest of your ccc .orgs IMO. Still not easy to get much more than reg fee for it in current reseller market. This one might be worth the "long term speculation" play if you're prepared to pay renewal fees for a few years until you get an offer you can't refuse (maybe in the $40 to $60 range). There's a decent chance someone witll like it enough to pay you a fair (small) amount for it (IMO).
jinn, info - cool, pronounceable LLLL .info and a very cool (somewhat exotic but not too obscure) dictionary word. Might get low $xx for it at current reseller rates (.info really doesn't get much respect! Still better than .biz though! IMO) Not sure what a good end-user application for this would be, doesn't seem to be a "perfect" fit for .info - but it's a pronounceable LLLL so has decent upside potential just from that technical perspective, could be worth holding onto for a while. (I'm personally not crazy about this one in .info but I can see decent chance market will value it a bit above renewal fees going forward. Pure speculation, just guessing, really not much careful analysis on this one!)
airlock, info I dunno - if you like it, keep it ... probably something to be said for your instinct for nice techie dictionary .info - though if it's not a labor of love or at least cheap thrills - then, business before pleasure -> what's the bottom-line value to an end user, and what alternatives do they have to avoid paying a premium for your particular offering? Work backwards from there and you'll have a better perspective on price a reseller would be willing to pay. (Again, probably not much for this (or any) .info unless you can paint a compelling picture of $$$ value to someone.)
qirz / yguc ,com both currently mid $xx (as far as I know - LLLL.com market prices vary quite a bit from day to day especially for non-premiums). yguc probably worth at least 50% more than qirz - so someone paying $30 for qirz (a reasonably likely price on the low end last time I checked) might also want to pay around $50 for yguc. If the market has some wind in its sails on the day you're selling and you get $40 for qirz (seems a bit high to me in current market but possible) - chances are you'd see yguc catch bids in the $60-80 range as well.
(Prices for VCVC may have gone up a bit since the last time I checked - best to find recent sales in the "LLLL.com sales report" thread on NP and/or in the TDVR.com database)
For some vague comparison, a couple days ago I won OJGY.com for $55.55 on eBay - sniped for 55 cents above the next highest bid - thinking I may have overpaid for it a bit but will be holding this one for long term.
(The LLLL.com market is moving quickly - and it can move back down in some categories faster than it moves up - so if you're buying to flip, it's a tough game to play. If you're buying for the long term, I'd say any purchase in the $15 to $40 range is probably a safe bet to increase in value over the next year or 2 - renewal fees notwithstanding. I don't pay much attention to higher-priced "premium" LLLL just because they are out of my price range - still I'm generally inclined to agree that the market for "premiums" has a much higher upside, and - all things considered - the risk/reward ratio may actually be better on the high-end than for the low-end LLLL market - but I'd rather stick to my own comfort zone with less potential downside under $40 ...)
(all this just my opinion - based on very limited experience mostly in the LLLL.com market! I did buy a pair of art-related .info names today for $80 but probably overpaid a bit - planning to develop for pleasure rather than business - might make a few adsense $$ on them though really wouldn't expect to resell the domains themeselves for very much at all ...)
Good luck with your domains - I'll be interested to hear how you did with them as time goes on (feel free to PM me any news on sales etc.)
