Searching for a GoDaddy alternative to renew .com domain with forwarding emails

I have many .com domains at godaddy, each has some free forwarding emails.
Renewing fees are kind of high.

What alternatives do you suggest where I can transfer my domains to with low fees as long as they provide free forwarding emails for each domain.

They told me the transfer costs $9+ (including 1 year extension) and after that the renewing will cost $10+ per year.

And they support up to 100 forwarding emails and subdomains per domain.

Is that the best offer out there !
