status-todo Search Issue: Autofill covers search options

This has bugged me for too long now .. have to mention it!

Whenever you try to search for something, the auto-fill box covers the entirety of the rest of the other search options under it (posted by member, newer than, search this section only, etc)

Just a royal pain in the butt when, for example, you want to search just your messages for a discussion with a particular member!

Please fixy or at least resize it smaller in the short term!

Agreed.

Whenever you try to search for something, the auto-fill box covers the entirety of the rest of the other search options under it (posted by member, newer than, search this section only, etc)

The workaround is to press "Esc" (named the Escape key) on your keyboard (or click/tap anywhere else on the search box that is still visible), and that will hide the list on many browsers.

We will try to come up with a better solution.

We may even need to disable it on that input box because it hides the "Search" button sometimes.
