I'm thinking of maybe making a whole website where people can test their scripts/templates (like some sort of project manager website for scripts)

If you can develop this then the domain might gain value. Unfortunately this domain has something I avoid when choosing a new name, double letters joining any two words is bad news. When typing it in people are prone to drop one of the t's.

I value it regfee or low $xx

The double letters are not an issue for me. People type words not domains. I think a single letter would lose most of the traffic to the real words than vice versa. Develop this badboy and see what kind of traffic you can get. One of the issues is that it is a developer name so they are going to be less willing to pay higher prices for the name alone. The name might be worth $30 or so. Developed with some traffic, much more. Good luck.
