Script for my website, PLEASE HELP

In search of a simple GuestBook (MessageBoard) like script, visitors can submit messages & their info and previous messages are displayed. But I don't want it for a GuestBook, so it will be better if the script is easy to customize.

I like this one but it has gif images and cannot be customized

The best guestbook is handwritten. Go read some PHP tutorials and do it yourself. That way, you have the most flexibility.
