(scraping) is a good word and in .IN tld which is an India code. On a Whole people don't prefer much in cc codes and on the top .COM, .NET, .ORG are available for sale. If you Geo-Target the domain to some in India you might get some money out of it, but not on the higher side. This is just my view, you never know.

Very rare chance that you will be able to sell the domain name. The value I see is not more than 1-2 $ at the max. I would rather buy a .com or .net which are available in the market. But again this is my view, try your luck.
