Is it just me or does the new graphic on the front of PayPal look seriously spooky and evil?

Not that I have had any problems with PayPal, you'll notice I defend them alot around here, but still that was a really poor choice of photos, no?!

Naw, it is more than likly the no-working, I can't make my rent again, send me another $3,000, brother in law, and since he had to pay someone anyways... Sure hope his sister favors thier mom....

I'm not trying to be mean. If it really is the owner and not some clipart, then they sure could have gotten a more flattering photo for every darn PayPal member (50 million?) to see.

My point is, it's not confidence building and when I send a brand new customer to PayPal, I don't want them to see a cackling, spooky looking white-guy on the front page.

If that is the owner, it is massive ego to put yourself on the front page like that. A better image would have been people of multiple nationalities and gender in a business setting.

By the way, PayPal was founded in 1998 by Peter Thiel and Max Levchin - In 2002, Thiel sold PayPal to eBay for $1.5 billion !!!
