SAV interface needs a lot of improvement.
On their Faq, they mentioned that they don't act a broker and gave a link to SEDO partnership, but it is nowhere on the Lander.
Even if they don't broker, I don't know how challenging it is to add a make offer option, and let the Buyer and seller agree on a price without their involvement.
The workflow is fairly simply.
BIN or Offer. If BIN Viola!!, If Offer, send offer link to seller, Seller accepts, rejects, counters, Buyer does same till a price a reached.
This is a simple enough feature. Just my honest feedback.
I have made a small sale via a SAV lander as I used the SAV lander since I wanted a smooth sale if it got sold before 60 days. if there was a made offer, we both could have a better deal.
I like the minimalists views, but I would like to see how my landers are doing, of there are any visits at all.
I am not complaining about the sales though.
