Great domain name. I happen to think this is a great pickup, I have several sushi domain names and am a regular at my local sushi bar.

Value wise. this is tough. I believe you have a great keyword with the proper extension, but I still think it will require some development. I personally would consider purchasing at the $20-30 range, but If I owned it, I would develop a Sashimi Menu, so people can see exactly what it is and what kind of food you can get prepared Sashimi style.
