Seems sto mean champion or championship in some eastern european language.
In turkish "şampiyona" means championship.

I regged the name because there was 835,000 Google results for sampiona:

It surely means something, and from the search results it seems that Sampiona means "champion". But I am not sure of its commercial value.. which is why I am asking for your appraisal

This is what I'd do with it, figure out what language it is ( I think it's Serbian) and then contact some football clubs or athletes as end users.
If it is a real word, maybe you could fetch 100.
