what do you guys think of World.US.COM? Is it worth anything, how much would it sell for?

Subdomains are in general worthless on the reseller market and only a small amount of end-users use these type of domains. IMHO companies using such domains will most likely not spend huge amounts on domains.

gotta agree with the first two guys... I don't think I've ever seen anyone use us.com. World.us would be worth something... WorldUs.com also... but world.us.com I don't think is worth the price of renewal.

I think subdomain is worthless, just like any other domains not being use. If you can develop your subdomain into a very active community, meaning with lots of traffic, investor like me will be interested to purchase it.

Community = Traffic = generate revenue.

World.us would be great, World.com would be amazing. As a subdomain though, I don't see much reseller value in World.us.com

If you find an interested end user you might get low $XXX

.US isn't even played out so much right now, give it 20 years though and you may be sitting on some valuable property as more and more domains are taken and developed.

As it is at this moment in time, it really isn't worth much at all.

Can you afford to wait a couple of decades?
