It would depend on the word. Some words you can do it with and some just are like wiping your butt before you poop, it just doesnt make sense.

The domains like you listed don't have much value in my eyes. There may be some exceptions that I can't think of.

BonBon.com is catchy, but GreatGreat.com isn't "Great"

to finally answer your question, maybe stick to combos that are actually in the contemporary vocabulary. some more ideas:

babybaby.com (also taken)

(another triplet): f***f***f***.com (what's worth doing twice is worth a third, what the heck I still have condoms)

circuscircus.com and pizzapizza.com are naturally taken as is extraextra.com and newyorknewyork.com

some really unique things happen when hispanic families intermarry. a friend of mine's surname when he was born was Garcia-Garcia, as Garcia was both his mother's and his father's last name. unfortunately for my friend, garciagarcia.com is already grabbed by a realtor in some place where they speak Spanish.
