[Sale] Tutorial based site. Great potential.

Hey,

A while ago I planned to develop a tutorial site using the domain TutorialTent.com. I never got round to registering the name (it is still available), but I made a nice PSD design for it which is for sale:

A friend coded the layout for me as well, and has given me permission to sell it. A CMS has not been installed. View it below:

I think the site has great potential to be a large tutorial site. I have decided to sell this due to other projects that I am spending time on.

Please give offers on this site, with or without the coding included. I will of course expect a little more for the coding as well. Feel free to PM me.

I have also made a thread over at TalkFreelance, YaXay and ClanTemplates.

Edit: I'm not experienced with cms' etc so I understand slightly cheaper offers.

Is it only the design and domain name? No scripts are included?

As I said above, the name is not included, and still available for registration.

You will get the html/css/image files along with the .psd design with renamed layers in groups.
