low price (I'd say quite nearly free for a coded template) as I really want to sell it fast
I have this template fully coded and crossbrowser tested
It is UNIQUE, never sold before and will obviosuly never be sold again.
It has never been used.

( the psd files are organized in layer sets + some other layers )

there's a little rollover effect on the top menu (preloaded javascript)
