sry bout that man but still... Its very hard to sell a layout around here for $20 it has to be top quality. i didnt mean to offend you.

Mike is right. You only need to do a 2 minute search on the web to find hundreds of free templates, so if you want to actualy sell one it really has to stand out. No offence, e39m5, but the template is a little too simple and plain to attract any attention. The basic plan of it might look good for a lotto or bingo type site, though.
