domain SaintTube.com - Please Appraise

Hi Folks,
I got this tube domain name recently and I am intending to develop a YouTube clone website on it...
I don't want to sell it as a domain name, but I am wondering how much worth it right now, without any website on it.
I am comparing it with www.GodTube.com (which is now the most visited religious tube) and also with www.JesusTube.com (a newcomer in this field). I think Saint Tube would be more valuable than the two above because it covers all the religions in this world... All of them have 'saints' , they are 'saint'! Saint is a word in english and french too...
In the same time, God Tube is good only for the english speaker christians and Jesus Tube for english and spanish speaker christians...
I am waiting for your opinions here, also for your appraisals!

I am really tired of the different TUBE names. But you know what, it's a brand now. You can take any word, add tube.com to it and get a site. GodTube.com is valued at roughly $150m from the last report I seen.

Your domain without a site because of the popularity of the TUBE could go for $1-$5k.

IMO SaintTube is suitable for ALL the religions in the world (christians, islamists, buddhists or some others) and this is the advantage for SaintTube.
