I attended the DomainX conference that took place in New Delhi and here is one of the most important takeaways!

A domain name attorney, Mr. Pavan Duggal in his session, explained how to safeguard your domain names in case a UDRP is filed:


1) Put up a 'Terms & Conditions' page.
2) Have a 'Rules and Regulations; page.
3) Have a 'User Agreement'.
4) Privacy Policy.

If you have these things on your domain name, chances of losing the UDRP is minimized, unless there is an obvious trademark breach.
