Sad Decision, need any help I can get...

Hello fellow NP'er,

As some of you maybe know, i have a couple dogs(and one cat!).


About 1.5 weeks ago i had a huge dogfight(not the first one but this one was really bad) and Cinderella got bitten badly, i had to pay for her surgery a lot of money.

As a result of this dogfight i have to give her away, she doesn't get along with another female german shepherd of mine.

Currently she stays at the Vet where she got the surgery, he is such a nice man and offered to keep her for 2 weeks, unfortunately the 2 weeks are over upcoming monday and if i cannot find a new home for her, i need to bring her back to the humane society(they are a "no kill shelter" but not the right enviroment for a dog)

I am already in contact with local rescue organizations but unfortunately the resources of them are very limited (i also put flyers out but had very limited response)

All what i want is a good home/parents for her, she deserves it.....

How about putting flyers up at all local pet stores,
and usually all newspapers have a free ad section for free stuff.
Even if they dont it might be worth the $10.00 or $20.00 for an ad.
Put your website name on all flyer's.
That sux, I'd hate to be in your shoes!

X, i am in Atlanta but i am in contact with people who are organizing Transports of rescue dogs throughout the country....where are you located, are you in the US?

This is a friendly bump.....there are no news on my situation as of now , i am still working my butt of to get a new home with good parents for Cinderella....

If anyone wants her (i contacted X but havent received an answer, i know it's the weekend) or knows someone who is maybe interested or has some contacts for me i would appreciate it, actually i am trying to get her some more time in the Pet Hotel she is staying right now.......

Just serious inquiries, i don't wan't her to end up as"bait" for dogfights or anything else bad because she is the sweetest(according to the Vet and the lady from the rescue organization)
