I am not a huge fan of .CC overall, but anytime you can get a top GEO in .CC it is a pretty good domain.

I am not sure about an exact value, but I like it for a .CC

Sacramento.org sold for $24,500 in Nov 2007.

I think it's worth $250 to possibly low $x,xxx (to an end user).

.CC fits well with the city, since it's in California.

High $Xx - Low $Xxx+/- "Quick Sale" due to the lowly .cc extension (within the domain / reseller community) ... development and traffic could yield higher results, as well! :talk: :imho:
