So uh, I got a little excited to see this was available, but then I thought, how much are the domains that replace letters with numbers anyway?

And also I figured replacing o with 0 is better than say replacing e with 3 or whatever since they look more the same.

Anyway, appraisals anyone?

Replacing numbers for letters really hurts the value. Although I guess this could be a typo domain since the "o" is close the "0"

I dont think the swaping of #s for letters is that great. However as stated above a 0 for an o is probably the best due to the typo factor.

The 0 for O typo works well if the site is developed and has high traffic with the correct spelling O as 0 and O are adjacent on the keyboard.

Sound.com redirects to Sound.net so you may get more typo traffic on the .net

You might can get a solid few hundred if you direct market to some hipster DJ types or audio pros. It's still a one worder and it's pretty catchy to someone who feels the vibe. I'd say an easy several hundred or more with some smart direct marketing.

I'd like to ad that the only reason I put it as low as a few hundred is because I imagine most hipster DJ's to be close to starving artists in many ways and their budget wouldn't hold much more.

I've just seen a vision for your potential buyer....they can begin all of their shows with a loop set to a beat that says "The zero, the nothing, the silence from which the sound originates...." over and over a few times as the beat builds into some serious ROCKING! Just imagine them being able to have that URL on front of their DJ stand and on their business cards...people will dig it.

There is the collectability factor. Some domainers seem to enjoy and collect domains like this.

As such I would put this one just slightly above reg fee. Say $15.

Otherwise, as the previous poster pointed out perhaps if you find someone very Tech Savvy that is really into sound you may be able to get more. Would be a tough search though.

S0und with the 0 would be very brandable I'd say.

Yes the 0 hurts it greatly. You woul dhave to see hwat typo traffic to get... I would say REG FEE to LOW XX ( very low )
