domain appraisal question

I've seen a domain for sale and they are asking 43,000 dollars its a short name with 2 numbers in it i own a couple of the same domains just 2 different numbers should i assume my name is worth the same,figured since this is an appraisal question i would post here any help would be appreciated

The only way to judge is by the selling prices, not the asking prices.

Post the actual domain in this section and find out.

It's possible that the other guy might know something that you don't, but unlikely. Most domains for sale are incredibly overpriced and will remain for sale for many years until the owner finally puts the crack pipe down.
