I love Manga (bias), and know these are two of the categories. Shonen anime is generally targeted at kids / teen boys, and Seinen anime is more on the adult men side (the opposite being "Josei", for adult women). The words "Manga" and "Anime" would be solid without a doubt, but these two may be a nice little package, with the right buyer, IMO. Hard to evaluate, considering how well "some" XYZ have done. Hold along, and take offers. See what comes your way

You listed them in (a discord I apparently cannot listed...) a little while ago, I believe the prices you listed there accurately depict resale value to most individuals on here. It could definitely be worth more to an end-user, but that is always highly debatable on what is worth what.

I would recommend out-bounding to a bunch of the different online manga readers. You may get a hit there.
