During the past period i searched a lot for a directory script but non actually provided all my needs in one directory so i created this directory script based on RD old Directory version

Great start! some things i can see people (like myself) asking for would be url rewrite for better seo urls and for the website url to be non-dynamic on the list page.

As well what has been done to protect from the spammers?

The spammers current verification code thing will be upgraded soon via a patch.
URL stuff is what am currently suffering of, i got no clue where to start :D :D anyways i found out that the way i am using isn't bad like i though its going to be, here it is google liked it anyways i am still working on making a better url format. if anyone can help that would be awesome

It could use some CSS styling, specifically text-indent for the submit, but I know us code junkies have trouble with that.

i will be taking all your suggestions into consideration
as for now i just allowed users to edit the variables in 1 file which is header.php which more or less substituted the css
if people love and i get over 2000 script downloads of the script soon.
i am going to work on an update with css and that indent stuff u were talkin about
