Running a torrent tracker?

I want to start a legal torrent site using my dreamhost server.
How do i go about this?

I think you may use this servers from the other reputable companies, for example Lunarpages.com, A2hosting.com, etc.

If I were you. I'd look st the other companies as well. Say Ahosting.biz, RackSpace.com and Webhostingbuzz.com are worth to be used.

I bielive that any server can be used. You just need software to start and first setup.
