This site started on the 27th January 2007. Already it has 653 members and 17,057 posts and is growing fast! (That's only two months!) Members are very loyal, and donate if you need donations, etc.

I've earn't about $200USD from donations so far. Haven't put ads up yet. No other revenue.

If you add advertisements, I'm certain the members wouldn't mind clicking them vB Ad Management is already installed, just have to place your ad code and activate the mod.

Is there any forum admins other than you ? Do you pay them ? How much time is needed to spent on the forum ? WHat form of contests do you run on the forum ?

There is one other administrator. No ownership rights (everything is purchased in my name).
No, I don't pay them.
I usually put donations back into the site.
A reasonable time is needed on the forum, to manage it.
Members are loyal and all close.
I run runescape-based contests, win GP... but the members/moderators usually make the contests & I move them to announcements to be run by them.

There is no way, your going to get a forum of the size, growing this, fast for $xx. It makes more than $100 a month alone, without any advertisements.

Your offer is noted. However, highly unlikely I'm going to sell for $500. I could probably make that much, in 2 months if I had donations as well as Adsense up. You have to take into account the $85 vBulletin license, domain name which is probably worth $200 - $300 considering .com is taken, and .net has around 180,000 posts & 20,000 members.
