domain Roulette!!

Ok so I would like to know your opinions on one of my domains which is roulette.hn (ccTLD of Honduras). How much do you value it at?

I'm thinking it's worth low to mid $x,xxx based on previous sales. Here are some previous sales according to namebio...

Roulette.it - $30,000
Roulette.mobi - $15,000
Roulette.ws - $1,000

I checked Wikipedia and the population of Honduras is an estimated 7,500,000 people. Now if Roulette.ws (Samoa) with a population of under 200,000 sold for 1K...my .hn extension has got to be worth at least the same amount right?

Or does the geo's population have no relevance at all and am I just crazy? :hehe:

I'd have to guess reg fee. In any other extension you would have something. IMO.

I think its a great name.. the keyword at least. 22% of the population in Honduras are below the national poverty line, which is US$ 1.25 per day. Im not sure about right now, but in 2003 the average household income was $980. High population is great.. but I dont know how many Hondurans will be looking to gamble the $1-$3 a day that they earn.

In all honesty, I don't think you will be able to sell this domain with or without development. Best of luck.

Considering Roulette.ws sold for 1k.. unfortunately I have to agree with MicroGuy, only because the renewal fee for .hn extention is very high.. and its not a good extention, even though its a killer keyword the extention just kills it sorry. Good luck
